COVID-19 continues to affect shipping times on occasion.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Because all of our garments are printed to order (resulting in less waste in landfills!), it takes 3-5 days for your order to be created.  After that, shipping depends where you live, but most orders are received within 3 days.

Q: How should I wash/care for my garments?

A: To maintain the integrity of the print and color, we suggest you wash on cold and dry on low or hang to dry.  The digital printing technology we use does not involve harmful, toxic chemicals, so it may fade.

Q: To which organizations do you donate?

A: We donate a portion of every single item purchased to our non-profit partners that support improving nutrition and access to healthy food in schools and areas of need.

Our current partnership is with Second Harvest Food Bank Orange County - a member of Feeding America.  This organization is working hard to respond to the COVID-19 crisis, providing food insecure children and families with the meals they need to survive.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If we have made a mistake with your order, first of all, we are so sorry! Please contact us for a full refund.  If the item isn't what you expected and is unworn and in new condition, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchasing. Please email us to begin the return process.

Q: What if I have another question you haven't answered?

A: Please email us at

Q: What if I want to call and talk to a human?

A: Please email us your issue, and send us your number. We will try and return your call as soon as we are able. We are still a small and growing family-run company at this point!

Q: Where did the name Freelie & Berrio come from?

A: When the owner was a small child, she had a wild imagination... complete with 2 groups of people: The Freelies and The Berrios.  Since these people had their own language, it was important to her that her brother (5 years older) learned their language.  He would lovingly and patiently learn 7 words every night and repeat them the next morning, the ultimate display of sibling love and respect.  This company strives to create love, laughter, and respect in everything that we do... from the way we produce our clothing to the charitable give back intended to further the health of children.
